Who introduced A/B split testing to Internet marketing?

Every big Internet company – Google, Facebook, Amazon etc. – lives and dies on A/B split testing. If you don’t know what that is, you should and this short video will explain it.

Anyway…

The first Internet company to “discover” and use A/B split testing was Google in 2001…or so the official (i.e. the corporate PR BS version) of history goes.
