Yes, you can look at your stats. Yes, you can survey. And yes you can read your customers’ comments.
But nothing beats watching your prospects and customers read your ads, watch your videos, and try to use your products and services, including your web site or app.
As obvious and common sense as this is, I doubt 1 out of 100 companies does this – and the spread is probably quite a bit higher.
It’s cheap and it’s easy and the information you will get is absolutely priceless…
