Here’s a short talk from System grad Lloyd Irvin, one of the practical pioneers of Internet video marketing, speaking at System 2009.
The System Seminar was behind the Internet video content movement from its very earliest days – 2005 (Really 1994, if you count my article on the potential of Internet video, the first ever on the subject.)
One other thing to note about this video:
System Students like Lloyd – he took his first course with us in 2002 – often became System faculty.
We didn’t run the same tired line-up of goo-roos over and over as most seminars did and still do.
Our students – because they were taught real things that worked – were able to go out into the real world, thrive and then come back and share how they expanded the art.
