The economy: What to do?

April 13, 2013

Eight years ago – in 2005 – I wrote a special report for members of the System Club with the following warning which can be summarized as follows:

“Something very strange is going on in the credit markets. Credit is FAR to easy too get and there’s way too much “easy money” in the system. While it may be fun now, it cannot last and when the inevitable comes, it’s not going to be fun.

Start planning now for a very different economy where your customers have a lot more trouble getting their hands on cash.”

I was a little early in my prediction. The economy did not hit its “credit hangover” bump in the road until three years later.

OK, now what? Is the economy “on the mend?” Are happy days here again?

Well, the seizure of bank accounts in Cyprus and the recent collapse of the price of gold (which we’ve been warning about via Twitter for over a year), show that not only are we not out of the woods, the woods may be far bigger and darker than the talking heads on the financial news networks are willing to admit.

For this reason, I’m doing something I’ve never done before which is to make a private System Club Members Only call available to everyone far and wide.

It’s an in depth interview I did this January with Robert Prechter author of “Conquer the Crash.”

Ten years ago, Prechter’s book predicted EVERY crazy thing that’s happening today right down to the Federal Reserve Bank frantically pumping money into the banks – and it not working.

The vast majority of people have no idea what is going on and I guarantee you will NEVER figure it out from watching TV.
