A libertarian look at war

This talk a came from a conference – The Cost of War – sponsored by the Mises Institute held in 2004 in Auburn, Alabama.

The speaker is Paul Fussell, a veteran from World War II who sustained serious injuries in combat.

The take away from this: “Very few people know anything about war.”

?

The corollary: “Stop responding like Pavlov’s Dog every time some crooked politician waves a flag and says we “must” send troops into combat.”
